Reflex Quotient program type and number of participants in each batch to be conveyed in advance through website www.reflexquotient.com enquiry page or mail along with other important details.
Venue, to be decided and charges (if any) to be borne by your company / institution/ group (cafeteria or parking or terrace or any other).
Timings, duration & number of days per batch to be discussed in advance.
Reflex Quotient, its employees and associates will offer only training.
Travel, boarding & lodging (if venue is outside Pune/ PCMC municipal limits) for Reflex Quotient team to be borne by your company, institution or group at actual.
Prior booking of dates and timing to be discussed and mutually agreed upon. In case of last minute cancellations or changes, company/ institution/ group to bear to and fro travel cost, lodging and boarding(if outside Pune/ PCMC municipal limits) at actual.
Reflex Quotient will enter into an agreement on Rs.100/- stamp paper with the client who wishes to undergo the Self Defense and Fitness Program arranged by Reflex Quotient and its associates.
Program fee payment for all participants to be done within mutually agreed timelines on completion of workshop session.
Participants to fill and submit Self Declaration form before participation in Reflex Quotient Programs.
No photography and/ or video recording in full or part of the program to be carried out without prior permission of Reflex Quotient. It would amount to violation of proprietary modules designed by Reflex Quotient and its associates.
